The Host is very helpful and responsive.. The place is very beautiful and comfortable. Only issue was the help desk was not available for those who arrive late night, instructions were provided by phone operator as we arrived at 9.00 pm and it was too dark to find the right way.. but then Mitch was helping on phone to get us to condo safely.... apart from that the condo was very nice. Everything was accessible and fully equipped. Mitch is a very nice guy..
Mitch did a fantastic job patiently communicating everything we could need to know. I asked several questions and he was very responsive. One thing stood out—this condo gives you plenty of what you need: soap, toilet paper, trashbags, dishwasher soap etc. We didn’t need a thing. I will always look with this host first next time we need to stay at Sandestin
