• Golf Carts and LSV: Our building does not have an accessible charging location. All golf carts must be rented through the community's authorized vendor; quantities are limited.
• Parking: 2 parking passes for our green lot. Strictly enforced parking ordinances. Please read the parking guidelines provided.
• 25-year age minimum. We are unable to rent to college students or minors.
• No parties or events. No smoking. No Pets.
• Accessibility: Elevator and stair access.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mitch’s condo. This was our first trip to WaterColor and can’t wait to visit again. The condo was pristine, matched all descriptions, and was even more beautiful in person. We appreciated the proximity to the beach club and beach (literally the closest condo to both of these) and made full use of the beach amenities like chairs, toys, umbrella and wagon. The bicycles that came with the unit were an added bonus when traveling to Camp Watercolor with our toddler. Mitch was a very responsive host and answered all our questions and inquiries.
