The primary king bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a spacious tiled shower and a double vanity. Kids will adore the cozy bunk area featuring two full-size built-in beds. The secondary king bedroom impresses with its coastal art and design, while the 3rd king bedroom melds comfort and style with contrasting furnishings and refreshing Gulf blue highlights – all the rooms feature 50-55’’ Smart TVs (YouTubeTV 100+channels included).
The full-size side-by-side washer and dryer in the hallway means you won't have to worry about packing too many clothes or finding a laundromat.
Outdoors:
The front porch is equipped with rocking chairs and a couple of Adirondacks facing the southern sky. Our backyard oasis is where you unwind and enjoy tranquil coastal breezes while sipping on a refreshing drink. Cook up your favorite mouth-watering dish on the BBQ grill and enjoy a delicious meal on our oversized patio deck with plenty of seating at our table with 8 chairs under a shaded pergola; added lounging is offered on a large sofa and chairs. You'll never be bored with our selection of outdoor games. Our storage cabinet is fully stocked for a perfect day at the beach with chairs, a beach wagon, an umbrella, toys, and boogie boards. After a long day in the sun, rinse off in our refreshing outdoor shower located just off the patio. The refreshing seasonally heated Clipper Cove community pool is located 3 houses away, less than 100 steps.
The nearby community pool is usually heated beginning mid March to the end of April each year; subject to change by the HOA. .

Excellent for families! This home is well set up for all ages, from the portable crib plus a PackNPlay and a set of toddler dishes and blocks, to 3 large bedrooms plus a bunk room. Lots of games, books, and puzzles for kids and adults. Beautiful outdoor spaces, with classic rockers on the front porch and a dining table and comfy seating area in the back. A sturdy wagon is provided to tote supplies to the beach, plus there is a good assortment of beach chairs and beach toys available to borrow. This house is in a sweet pocket of homes just a couple blocks from the beach - there's even a pedestrian shortcut out of the neighborhood for easy access to the white sands of Crystal Beach. Our 3-generation crew loved our stay, and just wished we could stay longer. Mitch was a very responsive host, providing plenty of information ahead of our stay, and following up quickly with any questions we had once on site. This was definitely a splurge for us, price-wise, but the location is wonderful.
